We’re making it easier to respond to suspicious card activity. Through Card Controls in our Mobile Banking app, you can now receive two-way fraud alerts when potentially suspicious activity is detected on your debit or credit card.
Recognize the Transaction?
Confirm that the transaction is legitimate and your card can remain open and available for use. It’s a quick way to verify activity and keep your card working without interruption.
Don't Recognize the Transaction?
Report the transaction as fraud right away. Your card will remain restricted to help prevent additional unauthorized activity while the transaction is reviewed.
