Instructions

9-digit SSN, then zero, then #When you call, Teller-Phone will begin by asking for your Account Number (for some members, this will be your Social Security Number). Please enter it in the following manner:

For Social Security Numbers acting as your Account Number, please be sure to add a zero (0) to the end of your Social Security Numbers.

For Account Numbers, do not enter any of the preceding zeros (0) before a non-zero number. For example, if your Account Number is 0001234567, then enter 1234567.
