Application Instructions
To cut down on paperwork, we've consolidated the membership process into one simple application. Now you can apply
for savings and checking accounts, ATM cards, special accounts and more, all in one step. Check with your employer
for our membership packet. A Membership Application can be downloaded from our Printable Forms section.
Here's what you'll need to send in:
- the completed application
- a copy of a government Photo ID, like a Driver's License, State ID or passport
- a total of $30:
$5 = one time membership fee
$25 = minimum balance in your Membership Savings account
(If you apply for additional accounts, there may be additional deposits required)
That's it. Mail in your application, or come in to one of our Locations and we'll process it for you. Once you're a member, you'll have a Membership Savings account that will be the foundation for your accounts with E-Central. You can also apply for any loan we offer, sign up for additional accounts, or set up additional services like our Central@net Home Banking Service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
