Application Instructions
To keep things easy, we've consolidated the membership process into one simple application. You can open a savings, checking, or any other type of account all in one step. You can find our Membership Application from our Printable Forms section.

Here's what you'll need to send in:

the completed application
a copy of a government Photo ID, like a Driver's License, State ID or passport
a minimum of $25 for your Membership Savings
include other deposits as needed based on any additional products you may have selected

That's it. Mail in your application, or come in to one of our Locations and we'll get your membership started. Once you're a member, you'll have a Membership Savings account that will be the foundation for your accounts. You can also apply for a loan — home, auto, or personal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
