Greater Access

  • Additional Branch Location —Our Pasadena branch is now available to you from 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. (Monday — Friday).
  • Longer Branch Hours at Commerce — Our Commerce branch will maintain longer branch hours from 9:00 am. — 4:30 p.m. (Monday — Friday).
  • Cash Transactions — Our Pasadena and Commerce locations are able to assist you with your cash deposits and cash withdrawal transactions. No need to “run to the credit union” and request a check anymore. We can provide you the necessary cash for your needs.
  • Member Service Center — Whether you need to transfers funds, apply for a loan, or just have a questions regarding your account, our Member Service Representatives are available from 7:30 a.m. . 6:00 p.m. (Monday — Friday) to assist you.
  • Audio Phone (Teller-Phone) in Spanish — You will now have the choice to select either an English-speaking or Spanish-speaking menu option. Please know we refer to our automated phone banking service as Teller-Phone.
  • Enhanced Home Banking Features — With our FREE Home Banking service, we will now be able to view electronic images of your checks and credit union statements, in addition to viewing account balances, transferring funds, making a loan payment, or paying a bill. Our multi-factor authentication (MFA) process will ensure your accounts are protected.
  • Thousands of Free ATMs — Access your funds surcharge free via the CO-OP ATM Network. There are over 25,000 ATMs nationwide available to you, including ATMs located at 7-Eleven Convenience Store and Costco Warehouses.
