Will the Commerce FCU website address change?

Yes. The new web address will be www.ecentralcu.org. For a period of time, the Commerce FCU web address will be maintained, but will be redirect the user to www.ecentralcu.org. Please bookmark the new web address.

Does E-Central offer Home Banking?

Yes. We offer it FREE to all Members. When you first logon, you will notice some security enhancements and additional features.

What are the security enhancements?

We instituted a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process whereby you will be required to authenticate yourself via several security levels (instead of just entering your Member Number and Password) before you can access your accounts.

The first time you logon you will be required to enroll before you can access your E-Central account. During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select/create unique security questions for which you will provide your own answers. In addition, you will be asked to create a unique security code that will be superimposed over a graphic, which will be displayed as a Security Text Image every time you access Internet Banking.

Will I be able to view my Commerce FCU checks and past statements?

No. Please note: We are researching this option and will inform you about any enhancements.

Will my Home Banking username and password change?

Only your password. Your username will remain the same. Your temporary new password will be the last four digits of your social security number. When you logon to Home Banking the first time, you will be required to change your password.

Note: If you were one of the few Commerce FCU Members required to change account numbers, your username will reflect your new account number.

Will I still be able to access my account via Audio Phone?

Yes. We refer to our automated phone banking service as Teller-Phone. You will now have the choice to select either an English-speaking or Spanish-speaking menu option.

Will my Audio Phone username and password change?
