Yes. A new card will be provided to you prior to February 1, 2008. Please use this new card beginning February 1, 2008.
If you have a Checking Account, you will be provided a new ATM/Visa Debit Card, which will allow you to access your funds anywhere Visa is accepted in addition to accessing your funds via an ATM. If you do not have a Checking Account, you will receive an ATM card instead.
When can I activate my new ATM or ATM/Visa Debit Card?
You can activate your new card before February 1, 2008 by calling (626) 799-6000. Remember, you can only use your new E-Central card after February 1, 2008.
After the Merger Weekend, you can also activate your new card by accessing your funds via an ATM or other PIN-required device. Entering your PIN will authenticate your identity; therefore, activate your card.
Will I need a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) with my ATM or ATM/Visa Debit Card?
Yes. A new PIN will be provided to you separately from the card. This is a security measure to protect you.
What ATM networks are available to me now?
As a Member of E-Central, you will have access to over 25,000 surcharge free CO-OP ATMs, including the ATMs located at 7-Eleven Convenience Stores and Costco Warehouses. Additionally, you are able to access your funds via the Cirrus and Star networks; however, there may be fees associated with those ATM networks.
