Welcome Commerce Federal Credit Union Member!

On February 1, 2008, we will welcome you into our family and give you the convenience of an additional branch, enhanced online services, and a greater suite of services. Please know that everyone at Commerce Federal Credit Union and at E-Central Credit Union is working diligently to ensure a smooth and a seamless transition.

We've set-up this site to help answer as many of your questions regarding your account and the merger. Here are the highlights. For more detailed information, just follow the link after each item.

  1. MERGER CONVERSION DATESDuring the conversion process you will have limited access to your account on Friday, February 1st and Saturday, February 2nd. All Commerce FCU branch locations will be closed; therefore, you will not be able to conduct any branch transactions. Home Banking, Bill Pay, and Audio Phone will also be unavailable. For ATM and Visa Debit transactions, you will have a daily maximum allowance of $210.

Please plan your finances accordingly. Our goal is to transfer all your account information to our computer system by February 4, 2008.
  2. MEMBER NUMBERYour Primary Share Account number will most likely remain the same. We are anticipating only a handful of Commerce FCU Members needing to change their Primary Share Account number. If you are one of those Members, you will be contacted and provided a new number; otherwise, assume your current number is still valid.

For more information regarding your Primary Account, Checking Account or Loan, click here.
  3. ATM/VISA DEBIT CARDA new ATM or ATM/Visa Debit Card will be reissued to you along with a new personal identification number (PIN). Please use this new card only after February 1, 2008 and discard your Commerce Federal Credit Union card.

For more information regarding your ATM/Visa Debit Card, click here.
  4. HOME BANKINGYour Home Banking “username” will be your Member Number. Your “password” will be reset to the last four digits of your social security number. The first time you logon, you will be required to immediately change your “password” and complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) questionnaire. MFA is a security enhancement which will help protect your account from fraudulent activities and “phishing” attempts.
